Our Small Plates menu offers you the opportunity to try a few different plates featuring different flavors. Here are two of our small plates that are perfect for sushi lovers:
Sashimi Salad: This gorgeous plate is for serious seafood lovers only! It’s made with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, shrimp sashimi, organic mixed greens, and served with citrus sesame vinaigrette.
Yellowtail Sashimi: Simply delicious. Our Yellowtail sashimi is served with serrano, sriracha, ponzu, and cilantro.

Can you roll with it? These aren’t your average sushi rolls. Our sushi rolls are expertly prepared, and always have a little twist. With extremely fresh fish and impeccable plating, our rolls are an experience meant to be savored and enjoyed. Here’s what we’ve got on offer:
California Roll: We keep it fairly classic with the California roll, which is made with crab, avocado, and cucumber. However, we think you’ll agree: the fresh avocado and high quality crab really make a difference in the finished product!
Dehesa: A little spice is nice with this creative roll, made with spicy tuna, tuna sashimi, pickled carrot, spicy ponzu, and micro cilantro.
Philadelphia Roll: A delectable combination of salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber. This roll can’t be missed!
Jackpot: If you’re looking for something a little different, consider this roll. It’s prepared with spicy salmon, seared salmon, cucumber, masago, ponzu, and scallion. A fascinating melange of flavors!
Lucky Caterpillar: You’ll feel pretty lucky once you taste this roll. It’s made with flavor-filled combo of ingredients: Big Eye tuna, salmon, Yellowtail, spicy tuna, avocado, spicy ponzu, cilantro, and togarashi.
Protein Handroll: This energizing sushi roll will leave you mighty satisfied. It’s prepared with tuna, salmon, hamachi, crab, shrimp, asparagus, and ponzu.
Rainbow: The colors of the rainbow are evident in this eye-catching roll, which is prepared with Big Eye Tuna, salmon, shrimp, Yellowtail, spicy crab, cucumber, and avocado.
Rock Shrimp Roll: Rock shrimp enthusiasts will flip over this roll, which is made with rock shrimp, dynamite sauce, scallion, and soy paper.
Shrimp Tempura Roll: Love Tempura? This is definitely the roll for you. It’s made with shrimp tempura, cucumber, aioli, and sesame seeds.
Singing Hills: This roll is going to make you want to sing with pure happiness! It’s made with Big Eye tuna, shrimp tempura, spicy crab, cream cheese, cucumber, dynamite sauce, and eel sauce.
